Just 150 metres from the lake, our house enjoys a lovely, peaceful south-facing location. Feel at home in our comfortable holiday apartments, furnished with care down to the smallest detail.

Our Seeblick apartment on the first floor accommodates two to four guests. Its 24 m² south-facing balcony offers beautiful lake views.

Our Säntisblick attic apartment accommodates two to four guests and offers wonderful lake views. Relax on its two balconies and roof balcony.

Our self-contained Rosengarten apartment accommodates two guests. Relax on its 14 m² terrace.

Parking at the house and bicycle storage in our garage are available.
Guests can use a 22 kW Type 2 electric car charger and several e-bike charging points in the garage.

The village centre is just a short walk away.
Within a 5–10 minute walk of the house you will find:
– Lake Constance, the waterfront, marinas and lakeside bathing area
– Grocery shop, bakery, butcher and postal services
– Cash machine
– Doctor, dentist and massage practice
– Public transport (bus, train and boat)
– Tourist information
– Sailing school

For bookings made directly with us, you can cancel your holiday apartment free of charge up to and including 60 days before arrival.
For bookings through external portals, the cancellation terms agreed when booking apply.

Please note: Following the change in legislation, we wish to point out that the consumption and possession of cannabis products are not permitted in our apartments or anywhere on the property and may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement.
